Arborio Rice
‘Primoriso’ Arborio is a first class risotto rice on a par with any currently available. As this product comes in a simple cellophane bag the caterer is paying only for a premium quality rice and not for unnecessary packaging.
‘Aquerello’ Carnaroli rice
This may well be the best risotto rice in the world! Organically produced, the rice is aged in chilled vats for a minimum of six months. During this time changes occur to the proteins and starches in the grains of rice which means that, when cooked, the rice absorbs more stock and retains texture far better than virtually any other.
