Roasted Vegetables

Roasted ArtichokesProduced for Centaur Foods in northern Italy, this has consistently been one of our most successful products. The reason is simple; the manufacturer is a family owned concern who have always refused to compromise on the quality of their product. Although it would be cheaper to do so, they will not use frozen or tinned raw ingredients, preferring instead to use only fresh vegetables bought from local farmers. This ensures that our roasted and grilled vegetables retain their texture and are never slimy or greasy. The product is preserved in Sunflower oil, with a little added White Wine Vinegar and is packed in 1.9 Kg sealed plastic trays.
