Our own balsamic glaze; very thick, very inexpensive!

JEREZ VINEGAR ‘PALOMINO & VERGARA’ RESERVE
An outstanding sherry vinegar; smooth, with a distinct Sherry flavour. 7.5% acidity. 

MARTIN POURET VINEGARS
Produced by Martin Pouret, one of the foremost manufacturers of premium wine vinegars in France, this is a range familiar to leading chefs throughout the world. In addition to the ubiquitous white or red wine vinegars, we also offer their Tarragon Vinegar, Raspberry Vinegar, Cider Vinegar and last, but not least, a superb product based on the Chardonnay grape.
