Centaur Foods is the sole UK distributor of the ‘Ragout’ Canapé Cup manufactured by Van Rooij of Holland. This small, versatile pastry cup is equally well suited to sweet or savoury fillings. Ragout cups do not give the appearance of being mass produced, yet remain remarkably inexpensive. Already a well established product, they continue to afford the customer an attractive margin on onward sales.
