Pellorce Et Jullien Fruit Purees
From one of the oldest and most famous manufacturers of pasteurised fruit purees come products which offer outstanding flavour, aroma and colour.

Pellorce & Jullien export to more than 25 countries. Their production facilities incorporate ’state of the art’ technology and rigorous food safety standards. In short, Pellorce & Jullien fruit purees are pretty much as good as it gets!

VanillaCured Vanilla Beans
Centaur Foods is one of the largest direct importers of vanilla in the UK. The bulk of what we sell is grade A beans, 15cm + in length, with a high oil content. And as we have long-term contracts with suppliers in central Africa and the far east, Centaur Foods can offer prospective buyers consistent supply, grading and, most importantly, price!

Glucose Syrup
Packed into 2 Kg tubs under our own label. Not perhaps the most exciting ingredient in the world, but one used by a great many caterers and available from us in the right quantity and at the right price.

Garlic Puree
Centaur Foods acts as UK importer for one of the largest producers of Garlic puree in France. For price and quality this is an unbeatable product.

Pink Pickled Ginger
An ever more popular ingredient, our Japanese young pickled ginger has excellent texture and a well balanced sweet/sour flavour. Usually available in 50cl pots, larger orders can be packed according the client’s specification.

Smoked Paprika, Szechuan Pepper and Cracked Black Pepper.
