When selecting what charcuterie to import and from whom we have tried to stike a difficult balance between product quality and realistic pricing. Over the years we have come across some truly wonderful cured hams and salamis, products whose exceptional flavours I can recall even now.  But invariably these items came with a price tag that would make your average Russian oligarch gag.  Consequently, we have worked hard to find companies in Italy and Spain capable of producing good quality charcuterie at a price which makes its use a viable option for caterers and manufacturers alike.
