Adrian Walton

has spent many years at the sharp end of the catering industry. As an ex-chef he has developed an intuitive appreciation of what products are most likely to work for the professional caterer ( In that time he has also developed a forty-a-day habit and an unhappy relationship with hard liquor )

As far as Centaur Foods is concerned, Adrian is the man who makes sure everything happens as it should. If you have any queries concerning orders, specifications or product availability, please direct them to him, . . and only him.

Debbie Snow

is responsible for establishing at least the semblance of organization here at Centaur Foods. And if you have an accounts related enquiry you will frankly be wasting your time talking to anyone else.

Being a fit, sporty type Debbie is never happier than when she is pounding across some sodden, wind-lashed moor in her trainers and wet weather gear. And there are many who admire her for her love of running and the great outdoors. Adrian and I, on the other hand, think she's madder than a bag of snakes in a washing machine.
