Our product offering reflects current food trends and ingredients associated with any number of national and regional cuisines. What We Offer.
Whether the requirement is for Agar Agar or Za’atar spice blend, Bulgar Wheat or Xanthan Gum, cornichons or vanilla, we make available to our customers a vast array of ingredients. Furthermore, whether the ingredient is intended for a restaurant kitchen or a large production facility, we can supply it quickly and usually in the volumes and packaging required. And all Centaur’s products come with full traceability and the reassurance of BRC and ISO certification
Who We Are.
The company’s two directors, Adrian Walton and Mark Catterall, first met over 25 years ago and have tolerated each other ever since.
Over the years Adrian and Mark have acquired a great deal of knowledge about food and very little about anything else (unless you count Mark’s frankly tedious obsession with ‘80’s electro pop). Their experience along side Centaur's small but enthusiastic team aim to provide top-notch service and prices nationwide.
